Kailien's single screw pelletizing extruder offers models with different production capacities: for hard plastic pellets ranging from 50 to 400 kg/hr, and for soft plastic pellets ranging from 30 to 550 kg/hr.

- Using the SCR system, it can save 25% of electricity, precisely control the temperature deviation within ±1 degree, and save electricity
- Gear material: SCM-25 with heat treatment (HRC 60)
- According to the client’s need, we can combine the auto conveying system, braider, measuring unit, and track to save manpower for mass production.
