The KK-130TP PVC twin screw pelletizing machine is equipped with an automatic conveying and dosing system. Through enclosed pipelines and vacuum loading equipment, PVC powder, calcium carbonate (CaCO₃), and additives are automatically conveyed to the mixer or feeding device, replacing manual handling. The automatic dosing system can be applied to the automatic batching of PVC powder, calcium carbonate powder, and various oil-based additives. The system automatically calculates the proportions and feeds the materials according to the preset formulation, ensuring precise and consistent formulations for every batch of raw materials, significantly reducing human error and improving the consistency of pelletizing quality.
